Remarks from the Committee (current period): Placed 6th in the class at 2008 first term examination with an average of 86.3 marks. School attendance - 86/90 days. Made extra Rs.250 per month because two payments were not made in 2007 (total of Rs.2000). From September the regular payment of Rs.1000 will be paid. From January 2008 project was transferred to an Interim Committee under Pahansila General Coordinating Committee (PGCC) from US West Chapter. Strongly recommend to continue the scholarship in 2009.


Previous Remarks:
2007 July - December: 93.4 average at the most recent term examination. School attendance is 98%. According to the project supervisor, Sanduni is good at class work. Two months scholarship payments (Rs.2000) were not made to the student due to a mistake. However this amount will be paid in 2008 in 8 installments of extra Rs.250. The student participated at the meeting held in Dehiattakandiya for Pahansila recipients with her father. Project will be transferred to Interim committee from 2008 January.
